Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of my products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is lost during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

I will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal with handmade items and are not considered defects.

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by the postal service once the package has been marked as shipped.
