Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Once an order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside of our control. TonightSamLLC is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. TonightSamLLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

International Shipping
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international orders.
